Welcome to the MASP.be web site.

The Multi Annual Strategic Plan (MASP) aims to harmonise and automate the exchanges of Customs & Excise within the European Union.

The MASP is controlled by the European Commission who dictate the obligations to be respected by each Member State, each country is then responsible for the correct local implementation of this ambitious project. 

On this site, you will find information relating to the local development of this project in Belgium: MASP.be. The site - which will be regularly updated - will also form the main electronic communication channel for the parties directly or indirectly affected by the implementation of this project.
